Refunds and Returns

Refunds

Please choose your purchase wisely as we are unable to offer refunds once your order has been placed and payment transaction has been completed. Refunds cannot be given for a change of mind or on "downloadable products" once they have been purchased. Additionally, we are unable to offer returns or replacements for items once they have been shipped.

In special circumstances a refund on a purchased item may be applied. In this instance a store credit will be issued to the customer for use when they next purchase from The Vitality and Wellness Centre. The value of the store credit will equal the amount paid for the original purchase, less postage costs if the order has already been shipped. All store credits will have a 3 month expiry date from date of issue. 

Damaged Goods

Whilst every effort will be made to package your order in a safe manner for transportation, we will be happy to replace any item(s) that arrives at your delivery address in a damaged or defective state, that is deemed unsafe to be used.

Please email us via our 'Contact' page to register your claim within 7 days of receipt of goods. We may ask that you forward photo's of the damaged item(s) or return the damaged goods to us prior to replacing the item(s). Should we ask you to do this, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur, following receipt of the damaged goods and proof of postage charges.

Returns 

All returns must be pre-approved by us by submitting an enquiry via our 'contact' page.
Once your request to return the item(s) has been approved by us and your return is received and inspected, we will send you email notification that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement order.  
If you are approved for a replacement of damaged goods, then your claim will be processed and your replacement order will be dispatched in a timely manner.

If under extreme circumstances we do agree to refund or accept a product return/replacement, a 35% restocking fee, less shipping, will be charged.

Stock Levels

In the event that we are unable to provide the product you have purchased we will contact you immediately. This can be due to unforeseen circumstances in regards to stock levels with our suppliers. Should this occur, we will endeavour to either;
i) Replace the item with an alternative brand for the same product of equal quality
ii) Reimburse you for your payment of the affected item(s)
iii) Place your item on back order, if the product should be available for shipment within 7 days.
