Concentrated Omega-3 triglycerides 1000 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 400 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 200 mg MediHerb Omega 3 Clean Essentials Dosage:
Adults: 1 to 2 capsules once to three times daily.
For general health in pregnant & breastfeeding women: 2 capsules twice daily or as professionally prescribed

- Do not use MediHerb Omega 3 Clean Essentials if you have allergies to any of the ingredients.
