  MediHerb Everyday B Multi Dosage:

  Adults and children over 15 years: 1 to 2 tablets daily

• MediHerb Everyday B Multi - Contra-indications, Interactions or Cautions

  1. Do not use MediHerb Everyday B Multi if you have allergies to any of the ingredients.
  2. MediHerb Everyday B Multi contains selenium which is toxic in high does. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
  3. Discontinue MediHerb Everyday B Multi at least 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
